• The strata carpark, fire stairs and service areas were serviced by old inefficient fluorescent T5 tubes that were on 24/7

OUR SOLUTION

• Retrofitted 102 old inefficient fluorescent T5 tube fittings with new energy-efficient LED lamps with occupancy sensors to further reduce electricity consumption
• A 6-year lighting service and savings-sharing agreement which allows tenants to enjoy bill savings at $0 upfront.
