• This beautiful apartment complex is in the heart of Top Ryde City build by Sasco Development , opposite the shopping centre, in a leafy, tree-lined street.
• This property provides private, designer 1-3 bedroom apartments within beautiful shared common spaces, where convenience and value go hand-in-hand with comfort and community. The project also includes solar system to be installed in the property. 

OUR SOLUTION

• We Installed a 24kWp Solar PV System consists of 74 x 330W Risen Solar Panels with Goodwe 25kW inverter together with the construction of the project.
• The system is predicted to reduce the electrical energy usage by 16%.
